Heavy, smooth corners, painted, rubber covered handle, delivered in perfect condition in a padded envelope. After 45 minutes with a hammer and a vice I had the track ready to hang back up! That said, I got a quote from Home Depot and Clopay for a replacement horizontal track $405 for the track and $150 for shipping! This tool was
