Ender 3 was perfect, factory new, this was an open box item but was still in original container. no flaws or blemishes, No missing parts. The instruction manual was hard to read but there is a fantastic video on you tube that will take you step by step through the assembly procedure. Shipping was prompt and price was good. Make sure to order a roll of filament so you will have it when your printer arrives, the demo package isn't enough to print anything. This is about the quietest printer !!!

Excellent seller. The printer I ordered ended up being out of stock, but the seller was quick to reach out and offer me a replacement of greater value. Item arrived as described. I knew I was taking a risk buying an un-repaired printer, and it took some work and troubleshooting to figure it out, but two days later and about $15 in parts I am up and printing. Excellent seller! Communicative and helpful. UPS had a problem and the seller helped out! The printer I got was fairly new. It was in the OEM box and looked like someone got it as a Christmas present but they couldn’t get it working. It wouldn’t power up but I got it figured out in about 5 minutes after checking with a multimeter. Everything is in good shape and perfect for my new Ender 3 NG project. A+ would buy again from this seller. I love refurbishing Ender 3 units!
