It hides my G48 under a loose shirt very well, and even my little Ruger LCP stays put without disappearing down into the pistol sleeve. The nylon chafes a bit on bare skin, but when worn over a t-shirt it's perfectly comfortable. For my limited purposes it is entirely acceptable.
