About this product

Product Information

Like a rogue combination of Lode Runner and Super Mario Bros., N+ is a game of line-drawing platform levels and a stick-figure ninja hero. The main goal is to guide the ninja to the exit of each level, but there are also gold blocks to collect, deadly traps to avoid, and sometimes, switches to flip and doors to open. The main way to collect gold, avoid traps, flip switches, and reach exits is through carefully controlled jumps that make use of the layout of the platforms in each level.

The ninja hero cannot double-jump like some other platform heroes, but he can jump off of walls and his trajectory can be altered in mid-air, allowing him to leap up, out, and around ledges and obstacles. Levels are designed to test the limits of this control scheme, but with perfectly directed leaps, the 2D ninja can use the layout of each board to reach even the most treacherously booby-trapped gold blocks and most isolated exits.

Hundreds of levels are available in the game, ranging from simple tutorial boards to extremely challenging layouts. A main mode of play puts a time limit on the ninja's escape; gold blocks add extra time, so players will sometimes need to make strategic decisions as to whether to go out of their way to collect gold or to head straight for the exit. N+ is based on N: Way of the Ninja, an online Flash game that gained substantial grassroots popularity since its initial 2005 freeware release.

  • Addicting and customizable stages

I downloaded this game for Xbox 360 originally but since has "red ring" syndrome. :( I decided to buy this for my PSP. This game is great to just whip out and start playing and making customized levels, or playing many of the already made levels. This game does have multiplayer capabilities, and levels that require teamwork. I believe that would also be the same for the PSP version. I havent played the PSP version yet, but its greatly anticipated!!!!

  • Loved the flash game? You'll love this version!!

Can't say enough how faithful this is to the original flash game. The physics are spot on, I felt very comfortable picking this up from the get go. If you're a fan of the original, you're gonna love this on the PSP, plain and simple. For those who aren't familiar, this is still a really enjoyable and different game. Every attempt at every level is different, so it's hard to get bored with this. You'll find hours flying by as you tell yourself "just one more level..."

  • N+ an orginal.

I liked this game cause it was very stratgic and you could make your own levels etc. But I didn't like this game cause if your like me and if you keep on losing a level you just get frustrated and angry but its still an amazing game. I would describe this game as super mario but more intense and 100X complex. I give this game a 8 out of 10.

  • Just as pictured. Games works great. Thanks.

  • great game for all

action packed and skill level building without violence - got this for my 12 yr. old son who loves games - he had played a trial of N+ online and once he had the actual game he was not the least bit disappointed - he loves that the levels constantly challenge him so it doesn't get boring
