This phone looks like it came right out of the box when they said excellent condition, they totally meant it! There was not a scratch anywhere the phone is in beyond perfect condition. The insurance policy was email promptly. There was an issue was shipping, but it had nothing to do with the shipper but USPS. But the seller was extremely great by following up with the post office and if the post office couldn't get the phone to me in a timely manner, they would refund me as po was backed up.
