We received the canopy and one leg was slightly bent. We were very disappointed because when setup the Canopy is amazing. So I sent Eurmax a note about it, this was Friday. I HAD to use the canopy that weekend in the condition it was and worried about what would happen next. Gratefully, when we got home Saturday, the next day! the new leg was sitting on the porch! Talk about service! Super easy to replace!! And the canopy is by far the best I have ever used. Didn't move once after setup.

The package arrived torn and open. The parts were not as stated in the instructions. I was missing the bottom plastic piece. Very, very heavy for one elderly female to move. Arrived a little later than stated. Most likely more of a USPS issue except for the missing plastic piece.
