Boots were listed as "new in box". They arrived with a lot of weird dusty spots that I thought were mold from being stored somewhere dank, but apparently it was a kind of rock dust from Burning Man... and the rock dust is corrosive. The seller said "worn once" but they were very obviously used. I was able to mostly clean the boots but the spots where the dust was sitting are very dull and damaged still if you look (boots are metallic and the dust seems to have ruined the metallic coating)
