    Quit before it's too late

    Nicorderm patches are definitely the way to go to quit smoking, if you don't have good willpower. I used them to wind down to just a couple of cigs a day, but I was stupid and tried to have a few puffs here and there while wearing a patch. Not a good thing to do. Stick with the patch. I was able to jump to Step 2 within a couple of months, but then started worrying that I was replacing the cigs with patches, so I eventually stopped wearing the patches. Good move. It started completely clearing the nicotine completely out of my body. By the time I completely quit, every time I took a few puffs off a cig, I got a buzz and felt a little nauseous, just like I did when I was trying to start smoking. I personally think these things are over-priced at stores, but thank goodness for ebay and ...

    Hope it works for you,but personally didn't care for it. Used for 5-7 days. Bothered me at night, so started removing at bedtime. So was basically paying for twice as much as was useing.

    I’ve been smoking for 30+ years. So far I’m two months with no cigarettes. I did the steps as recommended and no withdrawals. The habit part is the hardest part to break. NOT Smoking after eating, sex or when drinking is the hardest.
