These inhalers are the last remaining OTC decongestants that actually work with minimal side effects. Great for seasonal allergies or cold & flu season. Unlike with Afrin (oxymetazoline), I don't get any rebound congestion when using Benzedrex in moderation. Here's hoping they never tamper with the formula because the combo of propylhexedrine + lavender + menthol is perfect. My only complaint is that many of the inhalers sold on eBay are expired...some by nearly a decade. The active ingredients evaporate by the expiration date if not sooner. This Benzedrex inhaler works within 3 to 5 minutes to clear a seriously pugged up nose. It clears your nose completely free of any nasal congestion for hours. It really frees up your breathing so you can sleep very good at night. Unbelievably good and worth many times over the money I paid.
