    Second purchase

    Bought a 4th gen refurb'ed I-pad a year ago and it was great. I dropped it and it had a crazed screen. Just bought another. It arrived two days early. It appears fine. Like new except for a tiny ding on one corner. These folks will not send you a defective used/refurb'ed I-pad. Beats the heck out of paying 3X more for a new one. Do not hesitate to buy an I-pad from these folks.

    Something a bit off

    The iPad is an awkward size and after a long search for a sturdy case (this was purchased to check in patients at a medical facility), only a loose, elastic fastened universal case would work. The description said that the iPad is a 9.7” but it is at least .5” wider. Also the iPad makes strange, inconsistent noises on the keystrokes. We will keep it, but had hoped for more.

    My wife and I are used to using android. It didn't take too long to get used to the ipad 4. We really like them. I would recommend to them to anyone. Great price too. The main thing We have against them is the app store. It seems like they want to charge you for a program that you can get free on android. JB

    Refurbished iPad 4 review

    Received the unit in a well packaged and protected box just a few days after I ordered it. I have been putting it through its paces for almost a week and so far it has performed like a new device. I am very satisfied with the performance, screen and resolution quality and speed. I replaced an iPad 2 with 16 GB of memory with this device. It does not look like a refurbished unit but like an "open box" in terms of cosmetic wear and tear and looks almost rand new. I would purchase this device again.

    Ipad Ok...

    The ipad I received was in good condition cosmetically, but the lower part of the screen is no longer touch sensitive....it only works if I flip it back and forth from vertical to horizontal....little rusticating to say the least.... Seller contacted me immediately and offered a exchange...did not have to pay for shipping or anything else, that speaks for a quality seller. Thanks
