Arrived on time and in good condition. I pulled up an assembly video on YouTube (there are many available to watch) leveled the bed and chose the test print from the usb and it was perfect. No adjustment or tuning needed in my case. Pictures are the first things I printed. Once again this was with no tuning! Very satisfied with my purchase.

Assembled and tested, works great and comparably to a brand new Ender 3v2. Item mostly as described, was missing 1 M3 allen key and the free filament but those are minor issues especially for the price. Customer support was great and they provided a partial refund for the import costs.

I knew I was taking a risk buying an un-repaired printer, and it took some work and troubleshooting to figure it out, but two days later and about $15 in parts I am up and printing. Excellent seller! Communicative and helpful. UPS had a problem and the seller helped out! The printer I got was fairly new. It was in the OEM box and looked like someone got it as a Christmas present but they couldn’t get it working. It wouldn’t power up but I got it figured out in about 5 minutes after checking with a multimeter. Everything is in good shape and perfect for my new Ender 3 NG project. A+ would buy again from this seller. I love refurbishing Ender 3 units!
