Arrived on time in perfect condition despite the packing box having taken a 'shot' . Part of the outside box was pushed in and creased, however the internal packing was expertly done so the wine glass was unscathed. Now my wife's set is complete again after our original glass was accidently broken in a holiday mishap. thank you for the great and prompt service.
