No human to talk to for help
This is a wonderful and convenient printer, however, I have had a lot of trouble getting connected from my Wi-Fi at home to connect to the printer. I have looked through all of the documents that I received when I was able to print them. Nothing has worked I have called my cell phone company and that hasn't helped either. I would like to be able to speak to a human being at Hewlett-Packard to find out what is going on and how I can rectify this problem. I purchased this printer for a small business that I have and I can't print labels from my email to this printer so it's a problem. It was dificult to set up, it has no screen to let you know what you are doing, it only holds one type of paper, and so far after letting it set for a couple of days you have to re-install it to get it to work.
