Ordered this item as a present, took 2 months to be delivered and when it finally came they got the letter wrong which had to be personalised in the notes (which i did) very annoyed. Contacted seller and seems they don’t speak English as they did not understand what I was trying to say so no refund was issued. Certainly won’t be buying from them again and don’t recommend anyone else does.
