    They are heavy duty for sure. AWESOME QUALITY and even better value. I bought 6 of them to use when I make pizza dough for my outdoor pizza oven. JUST COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER WITH THEM. If you need them.....simply buy them, you won't be disappointed.

    Crestware 13 qt. mixing bowl.

    I read some reviews that claim these bowls are very light and flimsy. the bowls I have purchased have all been mid range duty. I would not recommend that You let Your elephant dance on it but other than that it will do just fine. for some things I wish it were a little deeper but for most things it is just right.

    Bigger is Better!

    You will ask yourself "why do I need a bowl this big" answer for everything! mix all the ingredient to make bread...Throw in ribs and add the dry rub...mix your salad...Why in a bowl? because its so big things wont spill out and get on the counter or fall on the floor.
