Tubes are never 100% full. They are not used or tampered with. I do check them before I ship them. This is an uninformed customer. I will write to them and let them know so that they aren't upset with future purchases from anyone. Sometimes the product is at the crimp side of the tube and sometimes it is at the opening. If it's at the crimp side and you squeeze it, It may take some time to squeeze it to the opening. If it's at the opening, then it comes right out.

Took a total of 12 days from date of purchase to get to Hawaii. It was shipped the next available business day and just took a little longer than usual. I don't know why, but it happens sometimes. Maybe there was a delay because of the fires. At least the buyer is not blaming me.
