Not New like advertised, the case and screen were near perfect, but it was shipped with a modified android 8 not 7 or 6 like manufacture OS. The included battery needed to be replaced but Everdeals sent a good new one, ONE BIG PROBLEM WITH THIS PHONE IT HAS WHITE IMAGE RETENTION, Any white image including pages or menu bar or icon that is on screen over 5 minutes start to show with a burn in effect. It goes away if you fullscreen a black wallpaper for 5-10min.

This is the description of the item I bought:UNLOCKED / Verizon LG G5 H830 / VS987 32GB 4G LTE GSM Smart Cell Phone *NEW*. This is not a *NEW* item. There are small scratches on the back of the phone. The battery is bulging, so much that it was worrisome to remove it. A bulging battery has usually been used daily for about 2 years. If I knew that I was buying a LGG5 in *GOOD* condition w/ an old battery, I would have gone with another seller & paid less for a phone in "VERY GOOD" condition.
