The thoughtful packing of the items ensured they arrived in perfect condition. I'm still in the process of assembly but so far so good - all parts were included and they even attached the washers to the screws before packing. I'm very satisfied with purchase and would recommend.

I ordered 4 chairs and by the forth I finally figured out how effectively assemble them without cussing or throwing parts. My advice: attach the back rest first, then the stringers, then the seat. Since the back rest doesn’t have any dowels, it’s about impossible to get it aligned if you follow the instructions. 3.5 stars out of 5 simply for assembly.
