Excellent customer service. I purchased a used craftsman t210 lawn tractor and needed a mulching plug, found this seller on ebay that had the mulch plug w/rod assy for a great price. I placed my order the seller was very good about letting me know when it was shipped and sending a tracking number. When I received the package I opened it up to find that the rod assy. was missing not sure how maybe in shipping I think, so I contacted the seller and they were great about resolving the problem.
