    Prevention Fitness Better Belly Yoga DVD

    I decided to buy this DVD because I have started to really get into yoga and already have other Prevention Fitness DVD's. This one follows in line with Prevention Fitness DVD's, and delivers a great workout taylored for the individual beginning yoga or a more advanced workout combined into one video. I enjoyed the workout and learned a few new moves in yoga that I did not already know. This instructional video also features breathing techniques for yoga and everday stress relief. I feel personally that this is an average to good video for individuals wanting to start yoga. An advanced person may not find this video a big enough challenge.

    Best Yoga Workout!

    This dvd is amazing! The instructor is very easy to understand. She is very kind and expressive. I am a yoga beginner. I recommend this dvd to anyone beginning yoga or fluent in yoga. There are two extra yoga instructors in the video. One completes the poses for beginner Yoga and the other completes poses for Yoga Masters. It is helpful to be able to watch both instructors. It has helped me push my yoga skills even further. Great Yoga workouts and simple to follow instructions. I watch this video in the comfort of my own home which is great. I highly recommend this dvd.

    Better Belly Yoga

    This DVD is very well illustrated and offers a good workout for abs, waist and lower back. Easy to follow for the beginner and intermediate. A 30 minute workout that is easy to make time for.

    I enjoy doing this video almost every day. The instructor is clear and precise and easy to follow. It is a great workout.

    Better Belly Yoga DVD

    I felt these moves worked my abs really well. I have not achieved the results I want yet because I have not been doing them long enough. So far, I can "feel the burn."
