It came up with a failed hard drive test. I called up the people at United PC Tek. They decided to send me a new hard drive, complete with operating system. I should have place this review sooner. I am completely satisfied with their service. I now have a very responsive solid state hard drive that is so quiet. Thank you, thank you, thank you! So very happy ��
