This item stated "new in box" but the product clearly had been touched, as shown in the photo. It may have only been used/tried once but definitely not brand new. I've purchased this item new before and it looked smooth on the surface with no marks.

ITS NOT been used as you claim, the container might have not been air tight. Big difference. Besides intelligent people Communicate. This could have been easily fixed if the seller was notified.

The seller is very rude in their messaging and unprofessional. This is the text of the message I received:
Are you for real???? Where do you see marks for this to be used?!!!! The top look like is dried up and cracked a bit but definitely NOT USED!
Another thing is : INTELIGENT people COMMUNICATE. OBVIOUSLY YOU ARE NOT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
