      I could not be more disappointment in this seller. They promised two day handling time, but they took almost a full week to actually ship the item out. They were deceptive about it too - they purchased a shipping label right away so that I got an email saying the package had been shipped, but then they didn't actually take the package to FedEx for many days after. Additionally, they purchased a worse shipping service than the one I paid for. Hope eBay gives some real consequences for this!

      My listing indicates shipping is 3 business days but it took 4 business days. Apologized for the taking an extra day. Buyer paid $8 for ground shipping a 5-lb package. Actual shipping was $11.46 which I did not charge her for the difference. She wanted me to *refund* her part of the $8... Buyers like this should go and buy from the big box stores, instead of scouting for the cheapest listing with the cheapest shipping prices, especially since she doesn't seem to have any empathy or humanity.
