More "user friendly" design
The "twelve slot" string retainer bar is "infinitely" easier to use than the regular design" ones with the "six slot" string retainer bars, that usually come on twelve string guitars w/ trapeze tailpieces. It is "much easier" to string the "ball end"through the "hole/slot" and each string has its'"own slot", making it easier when changing strings as you don't have to loosen its' "partner", in case of breakage/string changing, like you do sometimes w/ the six-string tailpieces used for 12-string electrics. A good design !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy to install
I was pleased that this 12 string version is as easy to install as the 6 string version I installed on my other guitar. Unfortunately, I have not really had the time to give it a good work out, so I can't really say how much better the sond will be. The improvement of tone on the 6 string was amazing.

12 String bridge vs. 6 string bridge
I was glad to find one out there. I needed a 12 string trapeze bridge to replace a 6 string bridge which came with the DIY Rickenbacker 360/12. There was a significant problem fitting the trapeze to my guitar: it was too big. So, I broke down the 6 string bridge piece and replaced it with the 12 string bridge which came with the DIY. All's well that ends well, in part due to ALLPART guitar aftermarket accessories. .
