I had a trouble with the gas operation but seller had great and quick response to my questions. Battery in the pulse ignitor had died, a problem that they had led me to. Also promised me an updated manual with some misleading pictures. To light the gas pilot, contrary to the graphic, setting must be on gas not 12v. When pressing the thermocoupler and ignitor buttons, if you do not hear clicking change the pulse ignitor AAA battery behind the black cap bottom right hand corner of of back.
