    Excellent all purpose cookbook

    I've been using a much older version of this cookbook for years and love it. This updated version is terrific, and covers a lot of equipment changes and additions since that version was published. The photography is excellent, and a lot of helpful mini tutorials have been added. One important note: Many of the recipes I rely on have been dropped to make room for the new, so if you have an older version like I did, keep this in addition to, not in place of, the older one. Both have value to cooks of any level.
