All of the parts were present in the carton. There were some extras of screws, nuts & bolts, etc. Most of the pre-drilled holes lined up nicely & the ones that didn't line up yielded to some "persuasion." Only one part of the instructions was confusing & caused a minor re-do. That part was the panel to the right of the door. The diagram appears to show the door reaching all the way to the right side wall. It doesn't. You need to position the door jambs correctly for final panel to fit correctly.

This was a challenging and enjoyable experience to build a storage shed. I did it in one day by myself in about 8 hours.   do yourself a favor and make sure your base is flat and level in order to keep things going together easily when you get to the roof. I had to drill a couple, unexpected holes where things didn’t line up perfectly but, however, the roof trim does a good job of hiding any imperfections. I didn’t love the locking mechanism, and I will probably need to add a hasp.

Who did that packing was the worst person, there is no label in the parts , in the instructions says left and right sides but which box is left and which box is right ? If they at least label all the parts name or a,b.c etc , will be easy assemble. I assemble some by any means but it is not in order and one set is not matching parts which means everything is messed up due to the careless of the person who packed and shipped. Maybe easy for you guys , but for us is very tough . I need help .
