Blood Stone 007 is an original James Bond adventure game -- not directly based on an earlier movie or book -- featuring character portrayals by contemporary film actors including Daniel Craig and Judi Dench. Authored by Bruce Feirstein, a screenwriter for GoldenEye, The World Is Not Enough, and Tomorrow Never Dies, the game's story follows a brave, impetuous Bond through adventures in a series of luxuriously exotic locales, as he struggles to uncover an international conspiracy and defeat a billion-dollar scheme. The game features plot-twists, trickery, and amazing gadgets, in the style of the James Bond novels and films. Keeping with Daniel Craig's depiction of the young agent, however, high-tech devices and meticulous stealth maneuvers often make way for tactical-action gun battles and feats of deadly precision in tense situations. As the first James Bond game from Project Gotham developer Bizarre Creations, Blood Stone also gives players their share of time behind the wheel, in heady chase sequences and vehicular combat scenes on both land and sea. Alongside the single-player adventure, gamers can compete online in team-based battles designed for up to 16 virtual super-spies and mercenaries. British recording artist Joss Stone is featured in the role of the title's diamond-connoisseur "Bond Girl," and she also performs music for the game.

    007 Thrill-ride from start to finish!

    This is one of the best 007 games Ive ever played. It reminds me a lot of the 007 Everything or Nothing game. Its not a movie tie in and reprises the roles of the main actors from the films with an original story line. It was a blast to play and I played through it twice. I played the first level at least 5 times before going to the second because it was just so much fun. There was one thing that I didn't like about the game but Im forgetting what it was right now. Im pretty sure it had something to do with something that felt like you should be able but the game didn't let you. Its a 3rd person cover shooter, that has driving chase sections, and one of them is in a speed boat! This game makes you feel like your in the movie. After playing this one i picked up Quantum of Solace but haven't ...

    It's a fun game! Don't compare it to Black Ops

    If you take the game for what it is, it is an enjoyable game. If you compare it to Black Ops and all of it's options, well of course you'll be disappointed. The ratings from Ign.com and gamespot.com are somewhat on target but they always seem to compare every shooter to Black Ops, which has it's own faults! If you enjoyed 007 Quantum of Solace game from a couple years back and/or you're a James Bond fan, you'll enjoy this game. The single player is enjoyable, albeit short...but most campaign modes on games now are barely reaching 5 hours. (See Medal of Honor, Force Unleashed II)

    Bond is back but is he Golden?

    Blood Stone is not a great game, but is not a bad game either. The game is a watered down carbon copy of Splinter Cell Conviction, and that is the best way I can describe it. It had a solid single player, with some really good take down moves and big Bond battles. Car chases were a nice mix too. But, Multiplayer is sloppy and not fun. Its a pretty game even though the actual characters look under detailed. (When characters talk is like watching a Japanese dub.) I was able to buy the game cheap on Ebay, and being a Bond fan, was able to get my fill. If you have a wii get GoldenEye. Pros: -Great fighting animations -Sound Fx -Environmental/map graphics -Very Bond-ish. -copied Splinter Cell Cons: -Poor Multiplayer -Character model graphics lacking -Short game

    A true Gem, of a game

    This game was described as a hidden Gem, by a UTUBE xbox 360 collector, Im very happy with my purchase. Everything is good, the opener was action packed. I cant wait to play more of it. I definitely recommend this gamer for anyone that still has an XBOX360 console. I have a 360 Elite. I also have the 07 GOLDENEYE RELOADED. You have to play it. Both games are a must for James Bond fans.
