The chairs I purchased arrived in a completely destroyed box and were missing the hardware (screwed and washers) to even put the chairs together. I ended up having to purchase screws and washers on amazing for a total of $24 but the seller only refunded me 12. Also, one of the chairs I received was badly dented and scratched but the listing was for new chairs.
