    Expanded inputs for Apollo!

    Nice clean inputs. I can leave all of my mics plugged in so I’m ready to capture ideas when inspiration strikes. channels one and two have the ability to add some added color which sounds great. Only knock is the lack of a power switch. I will soon have it plugged into a power conditioner in my rack so I can turn it off from there. Till then it’s unplug the unit and plug it back in every time. Nice piece of gear. would definitely recommend.

    Impressive "bang" for buck

    8 well made xlrs and 8 beautiful sounding pres for $800- unbeatable. The audient preamp is detailed, smooth, and transparent. The first 2 channels allow for adding tube and transistor saturation- I'm still learning when and where I like that texture. I was blown away by the sound of the D.I. on bass. I like it better than my UA 610 which was just as much money for a SINGLE preamp. Great build, solid and great-looking. I use with Focusrite 18i20 via ADAT. Easy setup and not a single hiccup.

    Great sound especially on drums !

    Almost bought an Octo Pre , glad I spent the extra money on this . Solid build, good sound, tons of gain ! Good DI inputs , first two channels have transformer saturation available . Love this unit .
