Buyer Beware - The mother of bad experiences. Item arrived with no protective packaging, completely damaged and unusable. Contacted the seller about it who said to ship the item back. I ask for a return shipping label 4 times and seller ghosts me. Paid $40 in shipping to have this problem shipped to my door, now I need to pay for return shipping? LOL. The absolute worst. No response. Sellers like this have no place doing business on ebay.

DID NOT SHIP THE TOOL...Weak Communication. NO RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER When Asked why USPS tracking continued to indicate that the item was not delivered to the Post Office... this was after after WEEKS OF WAITING. The shipping label was printed quickly then the long silent wait began. This seller is undermining the eBay platform by holding customer purchases after the price was paid in full. A suspension from selling would be appropriate for this type of "doing business". eBay refunded it.
