Artikel beschädigt, was man aber auch vor Versand hätte erkennen können. Hatte darum gebeten hatte, einen neuen Artikel zu senden, damit ich das Motorrad nicht zweimal auseinanderbauen muss. Wurde aber ordentlich über das Verkäufer-Recht belehrt (Austausch gegen neuen Artikel erst nach kostenpflichtigen Rücksendung). Danke dafür!
Habe dann den Preisnachlass in Höhe von unglaublichen 15% angenommen. Danke auch dafür!
Hier ist aber noch Luft nach oben und ich werde demnächst woanders bestellen.

Kunde hat den Artikel erhalten, trotz der Beschädigung eingebaut (wollte nicht warten). OK. Dem Kunden wurde entweder Preisnachlass oder Tausch angeboten. Der Kunde wollte aber neuen Artikel ohne den reklamierten zurück zu schicken. Hat sich für die Teilrückerstattung entschieden und diese auch sofort erhalten.
