Do not ever twist tool to break branches, Someone broke three of our cutters by using brute force. Keep the tool well oiled. If you dont have oil use cooking oil. About once a year sharpen blade.Have respect for the manufacturer. We use 'AMTECH' a lot.

    Better quality than i thought they would be for the price, it works well, and the extendable arms stay locked when in use, very very good , postage a bit expensive to ireland but when you see the quality of the product its worth it 👍
