Had to wait 2 months. Seller did communicate with me after I questioned the availability of the part. Seller then shipped the part signature required so I had to go to the post office to receive. A simple purchase turned into a time consuming ordeal.

Hello. We shared the entire situation of parts availability from Gilles.
The signature option was only to avoid package thefts that had been reported to us recently. USPS does deliver on the following day. Please do not give us a bad feedback as we always explained the situation upfront and we are the only Gilles distributor having the California foot pegs for Ducati.

I ordered these footpegs which were never delivered. When it passed the delivery date, I inquired and received a response from the seller that they were waiting for the package to reach US customs from Germany. A couple of days later, they cancelled the order and refunded me immediately. I never asked for the order to be cancelled. Based on the posting of the item, the delayed shipping, and the cancellation/refund, I suspect this was never in stock or ordered promptly. Not coming back to 2to4W.
