***BUYER BEWARE!!!**** Monitor didn't work when received. It also was missing the hdmi cable. Sent monitor back & after about a week of going back & forth, I did get my money back for the monitor, but was not reimbursed for the shipping back of the faulty monitor. I messaged seller about shipping reimbursement & haven't heard back. I lost $162 on this transaction.

Buyer was given a full refund through ebay. Not sure what else you can do? We messaged the buyer several times to help him troubleshoot the situation and even said it would be best to get a 3rd party PC repair tech in to diagnose their issue. He didn't want to do that. We test our monitors thoroughly and we haven't been able to reproduce his issue. Currently typing this message on that particular monitor. As stated in the listing it came with Display Port cable, never said it came with HDMI.
