    Item arrived quickly, but certainly not what I expected. The two way plastic film sheet is not two way, and it has no good way of fastening it. Overall, not happy with the product, but will see if I can somehow use it. The birds sure won't against a window anyway. It fits the price I guess, so not gonna waist time returning it. Will use it as a learning experience.

    Giving it a try with great expectations

    I love the concept of this product, being able to watch the nesting and raising a family of birds. I know that it was difficult to slide the plexiglass back panel in place. It was a nightmare to slide the piece of film/mirror along with the plexiglass panel. In order to accomplish the task I had to tape the top edge of the film to the top of the plexiglass panel. After putting it together I held it up to the outside of my window and my mom on the inside of the house really couldn't see very much. I'm hoping that it was because it was a cloudy day. I got so frustrated with the thing that I put it back in the box and will deal with it on a sunny spring day. I live in New Jersey, and it has been too cold to try and put the suction cups on the window. At this point in ...

    These are quite good.

    The lens is smaller than that on some magnifiers, but the light is bright and the device magnifies and illuminates quite nicely. In any credit-card-sized device there will always be design compromises, and in this one the smaller (but very clear) lens allows room for a more-robust illumination system.
