A+++ for outstanding communication! USPS screwed up twice, but this seller was amazing with responding to me. She shipped it out very quickly. Unfortunately because it got stuck at a distribution center and arrived slit open so that the item fell out and I received an envelope with nothing but the packing slip, I can't comment on how it was packed, but I have no doubts it was superb. I will be more than happy to buy from this seller again - her items are beautiful and she is a blessing.
