Was very disappointed in the shipping efforts from this seller. I bought this as a Christmas gift and they shipped it in the box it comes in from the store, so the box got smashed and messed up and looked terrible There was no additional packing inside the box in surprised the lid did not break. However I will say they did give me a partial refund but they should still be putting items in another box before shipping for this exact reason
