    This is number four in my journey to find a used surface pen that works, but alas, it failed me. The pen did not connect independently, would not appear on Bluetooth, and all troubleshooting failed to yield results. The ability to return this item is useful, and the ease that which you can makes the return smooth and easy. Arrival time was reasonable, and ship time was immediate. Simply an unfortunate occurrence without issue from the seller.

    The top sensor/button for erasing and opening up OneNote does not work. It will still work for what i need, which is to draw, so im not too upset. However, this does mean i bought it for a higher price than it's worth, but not by a lot. Barely any scratches, and looks okay

    Trackpad issue. Keyboard works fine.

    Keyboard works as expected. Trackpad shrinks the window and places it in the upper right hand corner of the screen if it’s touched wrong.

    Disappointed - doesn't work as well as I had hoped.

    I don't really care for this product after about a week and half. It was what I expected - it was a third-party keyboard, not a Microsoft keyboard. It isn't automatically powered by your Surface, you have to charge it and turn it on when you start to use it. I charged it once and it still seems to be holding a charge, so that seems to be OK, and turning it on is not all that annoying (though I have to hit the power button twice to make it turn on). My biggest complaint is that it is too sensitive. I have windows disappearing all the time due, I guess, to the sensitivity to my hands resting on the keyboard or just slightly touching the touchpad. I will be typing some copy, and the next thing I know, my cursor has jumped to another line back up in the paragraph. Windows resized ...

    All the keys are working only the Caps Lock light is not coming on. Rest is manageable. Mainly it is working fine despite being an used one.

    Unable to type without correcting

    I am unable to type accurately. The keys and spacer do not work well. Everything else works ok but the spacer keeps words together. Will request reimbursement.
