You could clearly see the black powder thru the clear packaging. I sent many clear pix to the seller showing the rotted sash and black powder. The seller stated it was damaged in transit would do an investigation and stated that I "may" be reimbursed. The seller also wanted ME to pay to return the item, with no guarantee of being reimbursed for shipping. Had you done as Ebay instructed, we would have file the insurance claim as these nice satin sashes with fringe have never had a claim and we opened several here from the same box and could not duplicate your claim. You also mentioned that the color insert was not there.

I contacted the seller to ask what they will do to replace the mask since it arrived damaged, and they told me to send pictures which I did. They have not responded since then despite my follow up emails.
