      An Effective Lotion for Joint Pain

      I used this lotion regularly when I was having major knee problems, and it was extremely effective. I rubbed it into the back of my knee, as well as the front of my knee, and it made all the difference. My knee didn't improve overnight, but I kept applying this lotion, and my knee got better and better over time. I keep this lotion in my house at all times now. It does have a faint smell, but it doesn't linger. I recommend it highly for joint pain and problems.

      One of the few sups I've taken that actually has a noticeable effect.

      Without this cream my hands/knuckles start to hurt when gripping after about a month or two. With it I have much less pain, It's not a pain reliever; it takes weeks for it to start to work, but with continued use it continues to keep my pain at bay. My pain isn't severe, so I can't speak for those who have very bad arthritis, but my pain is a deffinte hindrance when using my hands without this as a regular treatment.
