Seller provided a $1.91 refund but refused a replacement, claiming it’d be a “financial loss” despite item being $0.99+shipping. Seller was also unprofessional, uncooperative, and aggressive through messages. Accusing me of being a child and that I don t know how XYZ works since my account is new , and even blocked me until I left a review. Since shipping out another item would have been $5 (way more than the paid price) and the item works, he was refunded AND was able to keep the item. I remained professional in all communications. What more could one want?
