only Con is it is a big honker to swallow. I did research and what I learned is if anything, it does have some good vitamin base in it. Lotta good positive stuff. I have been waking up in morning and still felt tired for some reason, so saw this, researched it, and bought this Ultra version. I am 64, and sure helps me. Has even given me a sex drive boost. I am scorpio and don't need much to get me going, but noticed a difference none the less.only Con is it is a big honker to swallow. I would start by saying, first.. get your testosterone level tested, second...watch out for any rapid or unusual heart rate or heart skipping, and I would say if you are 40 or younger take only one pill every other day, the two pills a day for me and a friend I know oh, caused some rapid heart rate, consult your doctor before you do it, even though I didn't do that, but it works better if I take one pill every other day. Can definitely feel the difference
