The positive : Prompt communication from seller. The Negative:
Some seller Communication seemed almost flippant or condescending because I have “standards” . I really wanted to love these feathers . All were damaged /dirty /had cut marks on them .The 2 replacements were in same condition . Was told to “make it work “. No free returns for damaged items . Wasted money and time on inferior items. Listing is VERY exaggerated as to “NEW” condition . Disappointed . Can’t recommend at all.

The buyer was overly scrutinizing of each feather, expecting perfection from a natural product. We send replacements and nothing lived up to his "standards". A very difficult customer to deal with. Please note: We buy these feathers by the 100,000's. Not all will be perfect and not all will be inspected. Some feathers will not live up to certain individuals perfection. Unfortunately this is just the way of the feather world. There is no such thing as a perfect feather.
