I love this scanner. My only issue was that it does not come with drivers for MacBook so to use it with my MacBook, I had to use software called ExactScan. ExactScan was not very easy to figure out, but thankfully, their support was awesome and after a few back-and-forth emails, everything was up and running. I really really like the way this scanner works and its versatility. I highly recommend it.
We bought this scanner for paperless document management. We really like the software that was bundled with the machine and its one-touch settings for various defaults. It scans very fast on either simplex or duplex settings.
I love this scanner compact and fast and portable, driver for this scanner is very stable, I like duplex id card scanning.
