They are 3D carvings but pushed in to the bottle. This seller shows that bottle in photos but shipped a bottle where the horses head is just drawn on the bottle. Lalique NEVER made this. You run out of original bottles so started using these. I offered the seller to replace he told me to go enjoy what I bought

Wrong item was sent. I contacted seller same day(in fairness, that evening). No reply by mid morning next day so started return process through Ebay. Then heard from seller saying they will refund as soon as they get the item back. I mailed it the SAME DAY USPS says they attempted delivery with no luck on Saturday. It is now Tuesday and seller’s reply to my inquiry as to if they got the package is they have the return but don’t have it. What does that even mean? Poor service
