    I’ma first time buyer with Alto Music and it won’t be the last. Outstanding customer service. The pedal that I purchased has an issue with it. I emailed a video of the problem and phoned customer service. No problem at all. She sent me shipping label to return the pedal and once I dropped it off at Fedex pickup they shipped me a new one. I received the replacement in 2 days. Fantastic customer service. I will be doing more business with Alto Music in the future.

    Pretty decent purchase for the price

    The product was fairly clean with no scratches and all. The case had stuff from before and could have been better cleaned. The corks had grease build up which could also have been cleaned up a bit more. Overall though the keys are all in good shape and the sound is good. so happy with the purchase.

    Fits the bill

    I am a first time clarinet player with some alto and tenor sax experience, This is a well reviewed istrument with a nice feel and look and weight, with an adjustable thumb rest, it wasn't difficult ro get nice sounding tone from c4 up to third line b the first day, this clarinet sounds great is well made, and feels good in the hand.

    Great all around for beginners

    I used to play when I was younger, it's been 20 years since I picked up a horn. I didn't want to go with a Bundy student model, and I can't afford the R13 I used to play on in the Army band. This out of the box has a great sound, it didn't come with cork grease though so I'll have to get some.

    Great clarinet for marching band in a humid climate.

    We purchased this for my daughter to play in marching band. The sound quality is much better than her beginner instrument and we're impressed with how good it sounds even though it's not wood. For the price we purchased it for, it does feel like a good value.
