The item came quickly the seller was great to work with, im a little disappointed I didn't get the manual, but I'll pull it up online. It didn't come in the original box but the seller went above and beyond to protect this in shipment, and I really appreciate the care they took to make sure my item arrived undamaged. Overall its been a great experience.

Didn't find out till after the 30 day return window had closed. Contacted seller. Explained the issue. Immediately they sent me a return label for the faulty radio and shipped out a replacement which works perfectly. Excellent communication. Gave no hassel what so ever and even apologized.
