I used some leather conditioner on it and the shine popped out on it. My only disappointment is that it was only loosely wrapped in some brown paper and placed in a plastic bag (non-padded) for shipping. The back side had a crease in it, but it’s hard to say whether it was like that before or if it happened during shipping. Fortunately after tightly stuffing it with bubble wrap, it seems to have regained its shape.
