      Item as described, great communication and assistance in sending extra photos, great shipping/handling/packing job, and CRT came intact, which isn't always guaranteed when shipping through UPS Ground. Would recommend if considering buying a CRT monitor on eBay. Shipping is expensive, but not necessarily the seller's fault. Unfortunately, CRT glass is heavy and the insane amount of foam packing required to survive through UPS Ground is expensive. Overall, Great Seller.
